Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping at RM5 for all orders within Malaysia. To make your coffee experience even more enjoyable, we provide free shipping for orders over RM80.

Delivery Time

Your coffee beans are roasted to order and shipped out the same day to ensure maximum freshness. Typically, deliveries within Malaysia take 1-2 days to arrive at your doorstep. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen circumstances.

Selecting the Best Last Mile Vendor

We continuously strive to improve our shipping process and work with a variety of last mile vendors. To provide the most efficient delivery experience, we select the most effective vendor for each region, considering factors such as speed, reliability, and cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. This allows you to keep an eye on your shipment's progress and anticipate its arrival. For online retailers, you may use their tracking method to follow your order.
