Time Frame for Returns

If you're not satisfied with your coffee beans, please initiate a return request within one week of delivery. This time frame helps us maintain the freshness and quality of our coffee.

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

If you're not happy with your order, let us know, and we'll be glad to send you another pack or even a different variety. If you're still not satisfied after the second delivery, we'll reach out to you personally to see how we can make it right.

No Need to Return the Beans

We understand that returning coffee beans can be inconvenient and doesn't guarantee the same level of freshness. As a result, you can keep the beans, and we'll still process your replacement or work with you to find a better solution.

Replacement Shipping

We'll ship your replacement beans on the next roasting date, which is typically within a week. You can expect your new coffee to be freshly roasted and delivered to your doorstep shortly thereafter.
